Sam Wise Insurance and Financial Services, Inc is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As an Insurance Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You will also be involved in the promotion/ marketing of our agency. We are involved in many community events that you will be expected to assist with as well. As we grow, you grow!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty/ Life & Health license. ($500 bonus if completed within 30 days of employment)
- Salary plus commission/bonus
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, y Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Eufaula, AL.
- Our office is open 9:00- 5:00 M-F.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2018.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, y New Agent Program Qualifier
