ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Agent team member with Sam Wise Insurance & Financial Services, INC., you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help educate people on what State Farm Insurance can do for them will make you an ideal fit for our open position. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Helping with community events and promoting State Farm to the community
Stay on top of industry changes and trainings

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Eufaula, AL.
Our office is open 9:00- 5:00 M-F.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2018.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
